Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM (may extend to 3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
About the ProgramThis Day Treatment Center is a therapeutic school serving K–12 students with emotional and behavioral needs that cannot be adequately supported in a traditional public-school setting.
The program brings together licensed mental health professionals and experienced educational staff to provide a structured, therapeutic learning environment where students can stabilize, grow, and succeed.
Position OverviewThe Administrative Office Support role is a highly visible position and serves as the public face of the program. This individual will support daily front-office operations while assisting with internal projects in a student-focused environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in a professional and timely manner
Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls according to established standards
Provide administrative support for internal projects and daily operations
Perform word processing, data entry, filing, and document distribution
Maintain and operate office equipment (phone, copier, fax, etc.)
Monitor and coordinate records, program materials, intake documents, and schedules
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while serving as front-office support
Complete all assigned work accurately and within required timeframes
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of general office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented, diligent, and results driven
Flexible and adaptable to changing front-office demands
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit at a desk for extended periods
Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment
