Electrical Final Assembly Technician

The main purpose of the Electrical Technician will be the implementation of all electrical related components and materials into the mechanical design of GROB custom machines. This position will need to directly interpret information delivered by Electrical, Fluid, and Mechanical Engineering to successfully assemble the electrical systems for GROB proprietary systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of all electrical related components and materials into the mechanical design of GROB custom machines
- Interpret information delivered by Electrical, Fluid, and Mechanical Engineering to successfully assemble the electrical systems for GROB proprietary systems
- Install electrical system components and cabling
- Assemble and install high and low voltage systems
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology or Journeyman Electrician License preferred
- Previous electrician work in a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshooting
- Experience using the metric system
General Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Excellent math skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and international
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport
