Contact Center Representative
Superior Credit Union is actively seeking a full-time Contact Center Representative at us
corporate office. If you are a hard-working individual that has extensive customer service
experience, banking knowledge, and possess proficient computer skills, we encourage you to
apply.
Shift: 10:30am-7pm
Pay range: $17.90-$29.60 DOE.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take member calls and provide accurate satisfactory answers to their queries and

- De-escalation of situations involving members, offering patient assistance and support.
- Guide members through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using us
- products and services.
- Review Members accounts, providing updates and information about billing and other
- account items.
- Utilize credit union procedures and computer applications that may include email,
- Internet, Word, spreadsheet, database, and system software.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Computer literacy (must be able to type 40 WPM)
- Phone skills, including familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Comfortable working in face-paced environment where multi-tasking is key.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
