MRI Software LLC seeks User Experience Designer Team Lead in Solon, Ohio.

Duties:

Drive the UX strategy in alignment with company objectives and product goals; lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities; foster a collaborative team culture focused on innovation, creativity, and open feedback; coordinate work assignments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project prioritization; partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions; advocate for best practices in UX design, accessibility, and usability; guide the team in conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and inform design decisions; analyze research findings to drive data-driven design solutions and improve user satisfaction; oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that meet our brand standards and UX/UI guidelines; ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, addressing usability issues and refining the user experience; conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards; collaborate with engineering, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs; communicate design rationales and advocate for UX within the broader organization; work with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of design initiatives; stay updated on UX/UI design trends, tools, and methodologies; implement and promote efficient design processes and workflows that foster creativity and reduce bottlenecks.

Hybrid work schedule permitted. Requires 5% to 10% travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requires:

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a user experience designer-related occupation.

*Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year bachelor’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Required any experience with the following skills: Using proprietary software tools to design solutions for user problems and business objectives; Performing data analysis, contextual inquiries, interviews, and market/competitor analysis; Managing design systems that impact global enterprise solutions; Integrating component libraries, including Telerik and Kendo into design systems to ensure intuitive UX; Creating low-fidelity wireframe creation, information architecture, and product mapping for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and formative usability testing; Designing high-fidelity user interface (UI) including component creation, design library management, responsive design, strategic design application across products, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff and support; Designing review, collaboration, and mentorship across various initiatives; Identifying and analyzing core user personas within the residential and commercial real estate industry; Designing B2B and B2B2C solutions that address business needs in the residential and commercial real estate industry.
