Shift hours: 10:50 PM - 7:20 AM

Bonuses

• Weekly attendance - $1/hour
• Monthly attendance - $80
• Lead Team incentive - $1 to $1.50 based on performance

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, rework, and label parts as required to meet customer expectations
• Perform pull tests
• Report quality issues to the Shift Supervisor
• Complete quality documents for sorting, safe launch, and nonconforming product
• Enter scrap numbers into the inventory system
• Assist with automatic presses that are assigned to the Lead Team

Requirements

• Forklift experience
• Quality experience preferred

Summary

As a Quality Certifier on 3rd Shift, you will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance within our manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your core responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, and analyses to ensure compliance with ISO regulations. Your expertise in quality and relevant skills with precision measuring instruments will be essential in identifying areas for improvement. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.66 - $19.16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
