REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 03/14/2026-01/16/2027. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 100 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
1. Preparing ground, seeding/transplanting, irrigating. applying chemicals, picking/harvesting/digging, lifting 100 lb. pumpkins/trays/buckets, weeding, raking and other manual tasks for fruits, vegetables, pumpkins, ramps, mushrooms and similar crops, covering plants, irrigating/draining areas, climbing ladders, general grounds clean up at start and end of season.--55% 2. Cut/trim/pull out brush by roots, cut tree limbs with hand tools and chain saws, climb/work on ladders, dig holes for transplanting/harvesting, carry 100 lbs. of limbs and other items, cut/prepare/wax/seed/wet hardwood logs for mushroom spawn, shovel dirt and gravel, pick up rocks, etc. --20% 3. Drive tractors, skid steer/front end loader, utility vehicles, lawn care/garden equipment, pickup trucks, etc.--10% 4. Repair/construction in greenhouses/growing facilities, living quarters, other farm-related buildings, lanes/water crossings, etc. Repair wire fence, dig, install, maintain and repair irrigation/drainage systems.--10% 5. Other duties as assigned. --5%
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
