at Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, NW Ohio.

* Practice autonomy and work/life balance, ability to choose types of cases, self-scheduling, no call, 8, 10 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time.

* Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties, option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery or a combination.
CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed (40 hours/week)

* Base Salary $300,000
* Signing/Student support $100,000 (over 1-5 years)
* Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
* Dues/CME/Board Certification $4,000/yr
* Overtime $225/hr
* On-Call Rate/Night Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals $250/night
* On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Hospital $1200/day
* On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Bluffton $800/day
* Vacation Payout 120hrs @hrly rate
* 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
* Sick Time Accrual 600hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay)
* Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice.
