The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Air Force acquisition programs. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Confluence and Jira, and regular interactions with senior Air Force program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:

3+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD

2+ years of experience with logisticspolicy, supply chain operations, process improvement planning, and project support

Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, or strategic sourcing initiatives

Experience managing the scope, cost, schedule, and implementation of technical solutions

Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira

TS/SCI clearance

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience with SAFe and Risk Management

Experience with action item management or tracking

Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly

Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

Possession of excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex client and stakeholder relationships

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possession of excellent organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or arelatedTechnology field

PMP Certification

Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
