Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Associates in Oxford, Ohio

As a Manufacturing Associate you will:


* Assembly
* Mechanical Assembly
* Reading Blueprint and Schematics
* Labeling Products
* Machine Operator
* Equipment Operator
* Safety and Quality Compliance
This is a Full-Time opportunity.

The ideal Manufacturing associate will have:


* Employees and Contingent workers must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* A pre-employment drug screen as well as a background check is required.
* Employees and Contingent workers must be able to communicate effectively.
* The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
* Work is performed in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
* The job will be performed standing and/or squatting.
* Requires ability to reach overhead, pull and push to perform work.
* Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds repetitively.
Pay Rate: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Schedules/Shifts


* 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday) 6am-4:30pm
* 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) 4:30pm-3am
* Weekend shift (Friday-Sunday) 6am-6:30pm. Must work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
