Account Recovery Specialist – UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We are seeking a motivated and professional Account Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contact individuals and businesses to recover overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and provide clear information on payment options. You will maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with federal and state collection laws. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle sensitive financial situations with professionalism. This position offers competitive pay, unlimited commission, and opportunities for growth based on performance.

Top Compensation in the Industry

  • Earn up to $65,000+ per year with unlimited commission and bonuses

Work‑Life Balance

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (No nights or weekends)
  • 10 vacation days, 5 personal days, and paid holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a debt collection queue using established support frameworks
  • Meet or exceed collection goals
  • Understand and follow client guidelines
  • Place outbound and receive inbound calls
  • Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and collection status
  • Monitor overdue accounts using computers and automated systems
  • Record customer financial information and collection efforts
  • Persuade customers to pay past‑due balances and negotiate repayment plans
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer account documentation
  • Comply with ISO standards and client‑specific policies
  • Follow all state, local, and federal laws governing collections
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSION
