As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, ensuring that they have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Manage the reservation system and communicate wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
- Assist with answering phones and directing guests to appropriate areas.
- Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have.
