We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Addiction Recovery Technician to join our behavioral health team. This vital role involves supporting individuals through their recovery journey, providing direct patient care, and assisting with behavioral health intervention. Duties
- Monitor and document clients' records
- Observe and report any irregularities to healthcare professionals
- Provide crisis intervention and crisis management to de-escalate situations effectively
- Assist in medication administration and ensure proper documentation of medical records
- Engage in social work activities such as patient care planning and family support
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations during all interactions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans Qualifications
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Background in addiction counseling, or social work is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Prior experience working within HIPAA guidelines and maintaining medical records accurately is preferred
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care and recovery support

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required, with preference given to those with an associate's degree in human services or related field.
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and current vehicle insurance
