At The Forge, we’re known for great food, great drinks, and an inviting atmosphere—and our bartenders play a huge role in creating that experience. We are now hiring Bartenders for the 2026 season and are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming bar area. You’ll work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guests receive prompt and high-quality service while enjoying their time at The Forge.

We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, can stay organized during busy shifts, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar

• Take and process drink orders accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service and safety regulations

• Restock bar supplies and notify management of inventory needs

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and professional demeanor

• Ability to handle cash and card transactions

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season
