The Forge is now hiring Kitchen Staff for the 2026 season to support our fast-paced, high-quality food service operation. Our kitchen team plays a critical role in delivering the great meals our guests expect, and we are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
As a member of the kitchen staff, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will work closely with cooks, servers, and management to ensure every dish is prepared safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
We’re seeking individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a busy kitchen environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train team members who are willing to learn and work hard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating
Follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
Stock supplies and help with inventory
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen items
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season
