CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team in Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; Tampa, FL; or Wilmington, DE. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping align people strategies with business goals while fostering an engaged, productive, and compliant workplace. You'll be a key partner in supporting our teams, strengthening our culture, and driving sustainable growth.
What You'll Do:
Act as a trusted consultant and coach to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
Partner with HR colleagues to analyze trends and metrics, developing proactive solutions, programs, and policies
Support workforce planning, team restructures, and succession planning initiatives
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough, objective investigations as needed
Provide handson guidance for performance management, employee development, and corrective actions
Maintain a strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, partnering with legal counsel when necessary
Build strong relationships across teams to enhance engagement, morale, retention, and productivity
Interpret and provide guidance on HR policies and practices
Identify training and development needs, supporting both individual growth and organizational capability
Contribute to a positive employee experience while serving as a change agent across the business
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree and relevant HR industry experience required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a progressive HR role supporting managers and resolving employee relations issues
Broad working knowledge across key HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, diversity, and employment law
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills
Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
A passion for continuous improvement and staying current on HR best practices and trends
Ability to travel occasionally as business needs dictate

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
