We are currently seeking dedicated Construction Inspectors / Observers to join our team in Logan, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals or recent graduates eager to start their careers and build our communities.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Construction Inspector / Observer, you'll be on the front lines of our projects, ensuring quality and safety. Your key duties will include:
Inspecting and interpreting project specifications and working drawings on-site.
Recording and documenting field data, generating comprehensive reports.
Collaborating with project staff on design changes and solutions.
Communicating effectively with all project entities to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitoring and verifying installed construction quantities to approve payment requests.
Adhering to strict health and safety procedures on all job sites.
What We're Looking For
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Previous related experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and safely traverse construction sites.
Commitment to Safety: Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal background check, and drug test.
