Route Driver

Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $19/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

AMPM Employment is hiring dependable Route Drivers to support a well-established service operation in the Dayton area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, maintaining a consistent route, and providing reliable service to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive a designated route to service assigned customers

• Load, unload, and deliver products according to daily schedules

• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records

• Provide professional, customer-focused service at each stop

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle products throughout the workday

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Customer service–oriented mindset

• Previous route driving or delivery experience preferred, but not required
