Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Gather and analyze data from reports, financial records, and client feedback related to insurance and financial services markets.
  • Design or coordinate surveys, polls, or data tools to collect accurate market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Use statistical methods and data models to forecast trends and provide insights that guide sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry reports to track evolving trends in the insurance and financial services sectors for market positioning.
  • Analyze market share, financial performance, and competitor benchmarks to support strategic initiatives and growth planning.
  • Conduct competitor research to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and client retention strategies across the industry landscape.
  • Identify and segment potential target markets using demographic, industry, and business size data for targeted outreach.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, print, and in-person events to boost brand visibility and reach.
  • Build and maintain a database tracking marketing campaign effectiveness, including conversion rates, referral metrics, and ROI.
  • Apply regression analysis to evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements for better engagement and cost-efficiency.
  • Research and recommend updated marketing tools and technologies to improve the company’s outreach and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide strategic support to management as needed across marketing and research tasks.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in marketing, market research, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in marketing analysis.
  • Knowledge of time-series forecasting and regression analysis.
  • Proficient in Tableau and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and presentation skills.
