Job Responsibilities
Perform soldering of electronic components and assemblies
Read and follow work instructions, schematics, or assembly drawings
Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and accuracy
Assemble small components using hand tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and quality standards throughout the production process
Qualifications
Previous soldering experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work with small parts and fine detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is a plus
