About the Job

Full-Time | 4–5 Day Work Week (Weekend Availability Required)

Ferguson’s House of Furniture is looking for a reliable, positive, and organized individual to join our team in an office support role.

This position plays a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by coordinating deliveries, scheduling service calls, and assisting customers.

Schedule:

  • 4 or 5 day work week
  • Must be willing to work some weekend days

Requirements:

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and office software
  • Working knowledge of Excel required
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and schedule delivery & service calls
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Handle customer issues and service-related concerns professionally
  • Communicate effectively with sales, warehouse, and service teams
