The Sand Bar is more than a place to grab a drink, it is where unforgettable island memories are made. The Sand Bar is now hiring energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Bartenders for the Summer 2026 season.

Bartenders play a key role in delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service in a high-energy, high-volume beach bar environment. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests, handling POS and cash transactions, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and helping create the fun and welcoming atmosphere the Sand Bar is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing great service even during peak hours. Bartenders help set the tone for every guest’s experience, from the first drink to the last call.

What they are looking for:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
