Job Description: CLE Golf Properties LLC, located at 215 5th Avenue, Chardon, OH 44024, is looking to hire 10 TEMPORARY landscapers from April 1, 2026 to November 15, 2026. Work locations are various golf courses our business owns and manages in Geauga and Lake counties. The employer will provide transportation from Chardon to worksites. The Landscapers will plant and maintain plantings of grounds, flower beds, landscape area. They will lay sod, mow, trim, plant, water, dig, rake, mulch, edge. They will clean up and operate equipment. This is a full time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:30 pm, 40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Pay is $18.91/hr with OT pay at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. No experience required. Able to lift 50 LBS. Able to obtain a U.S. driver’s License. Work locations are various golf courses our business owns and manages in Geauga and Lake counties. The employer will provide transportation from Chardon to worksites.

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. The employer will provide transportation from Chardon to worksites in Geauga and Lake counties.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required; the employer will train.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
