Here's what you'd do:
The Candidate Experience Team strives to provide an inclusive, informative and memorable experience to all candidates, that is reflective of our values and gives prospective new hires insight into life at the client.
You will collaborate with our hiring teams to help support a best in class candidate experience and ensure candidates feel supported throughout the interview process.
Schedule global candidates for various types of interviews including phone, video and onsite
Learn or expand your knowledge of recruiting operations, systems and tools
Greet all candidates, provide office and virtual tours, and ensure an experience reflective of the client culture and values
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure candidates needs are met during the duration of the interview process
Actively suggest process improvements to aid in driving efficiency and quality of the candidate experience
Support special side projects related to the recruiting process.

Pay rate: $28.00/Hour.
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Length: Temp (6 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a coordinator capacity
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized
Knowledge of recruiting tools and systems, g-suite experience
Able to effectively prioritize tasks
Excel in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to identify problems and use current procedures to problem solve.
Additional Information :
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
