About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and support the design and improvement of technology solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements‑gathering and translate needs into clear business and technical specifications
- Document current and future‑state workflows, processes, and data models
- Collaborate with development, QA, and data teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes
- Maintain process documents, training materials, and data dictionaries
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of business analysis or systems analysis experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC, process design, and requirements documentation
- Experience with workflow modeling, data analysis, and UAT
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of SQL and Snowflake
