Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Program Support Worker to perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at our Glenway location.

Position Summary: As a Program Support Worker at GCBHS, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at all GCB sites. Your role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent
Prefer experience dealing with the public or some courses in a social sciences field
Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required
Previous experience with Word, Excel, and MS Outlook preferred
Previous data entry experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
Ability to handle incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system
Must be flexible to work at various GCB sites
Position may require occasional driving of your own vehicle
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record may be required

Data entry ability with 97% accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to assist staff and clients
