The opportunity
The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will improve multichannel communications that support prospective students through every stage of the admissions process. You will work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance and personalize these communications, using data stored in Salesforce to guide the journeys and messages you create. You will report to the Director of Marketing Automation. #LI-Remote
What you'll do:
Model and promote effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud by demonstrating best practices and helping team members apply those practices to create studentfocused communications.
Build personalized multi-channel marketing journeys from the ground up.
Manage ongoing email and text campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and recommend improvements that strengthen communication effectiveness and support enrollment goals.
Serve as a team leader for troubleshooting, data model questions, and overall support of more advanced automation workflows.
Adhere to a Marketing Automation Quality Assurance process to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of communications that protect data integrity, institutional credibility, and the student experience.
Use and promote established Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, including applying email and SMS compliance best practices such as CANSPAM, CASL, and GDPR when building communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including the marketing automation team, to design, refine, and support multichannel student and prospect communications that respond to changing needs and improve relevance and personalization.
Assist with daily operations within Marketing Cloud, including compliance, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
What we're looking for:
Five years of marketing automation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Four years of CRM Salesforce experience
Bachelor's Degree

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $77,794.00 - $124,491.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $85,961.00 - $116,299.00.
