Job Description: Lead the development and execution of our software products. Define the product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative software solutions that meet market needs. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Gather and analyze user feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights to make data-driven product decisions. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize the product backlog and manage trade-offs between scope, time, and resources. Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth execution. Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor product performance and define key success metrics. Support go-to-market strategies and product marketing efforts. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.
Travel: 5% domestic travel required, and Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
Job Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a software product management or related role. Must also possess experience with (i) development and lifecycle of web applications in React or ASP/ASPX; (ii) Web Services such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or SOAP; (iii) MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management; (iv) Agile/Scrum methodologies; (v) development in WinForms applications using C# and .NET Framework; (vi) Telerik Reporting WinForms for building advanced reports in .NET applications; (vii) SQL programming in Oracle PL/SQL; (viii) writing procedures, triggers, and functions; (ix) database administration in MS SQL Server; (x) implementing IT security policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance measures; (xi) Azure Virtual Machines, Azure AD (Entra ID), Azure App Services, and with Azure Virtual Networks, networking, firewalls, and security; (xii) CI/CD pipeline including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins; and (xiii) containerization such as Docker or Kubernetes. Must possess work experience or certification in Microsoft SQL Server.
