Job Description

BIM Manager (Revit) - Akron, OH - JOB 25-01726

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:
• Review, evaluate, and if necessary, establish standards for BIM. Organize, create, maintain, develop templates, details, components, and family libraries.
• Manage BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools.
• Coordinate and manage all consultant BIM files.
• Take a leadership role in training office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs.
• Assist in the maintenance of the software and hardware systems (coordination with our off-site IT consultant)
• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site field documentation.
• Ability to put together a complete set of construction documents with the assistance of the project architect.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
