Job Description

Manufacturing Supervisor - Solon, Ohio - JOB 25-01662

Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Solon, Ohio company is seeking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with 3+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing supervisory / management roll with electrical and mechanical machinery understanding.

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
• Higher National Certificate (HNC) in either Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering desired with solid knowledge of mechanical machinery and their electrical controls is desired
• 3+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing supervisory / management roll
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to plan and oversee daily / weekly production, mentor production personnel and report progress and pitfalls to Manufacturing Manager
• Oversee Health and Safety team compliance including use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Open to occasional travel to supervise machinery installation sites

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
