Electronic Technician

DARE is currently seeking an Electronic Test Technician. As a highly-valued member of DARE’s team, you will be directly responsible for helping ensure DARE maintains its reputation for 100% Quality and On-Time delivery by building, testing, and/or inspecting products and performing a wide variety of other work involved in designing and manufacturing DARE’s highly specialized, custom products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Soldering, coating, encapsulating print circuit boards
- Building, testing, and/or inspecting products
- Troubleshooting product failures
Desired Qualifications / Characteristics:
- In-Depth Electronics Circuit Knowledge, including AC DC circuits
- Extensive background in soldering, assembling, and testing electronic circuit boards
- Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610
- Basic metrology and machine shop skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as member of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Self-Driven / Motivated to excel
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
