Electronic Assembly

Are you looking for a meaningful career where your efforts truly matter?  Do you have experience assembling and soldering printed circuit boards?

DARE is currently seeking an Electronic Assembler.  As a highly-valued member of DARE’s team, you will be directly responsible for helping ensure DARE maintains its reputation for 100% Quality and On-Time delivery by building  and soldering PC boards and performing a wide variety of other work involved in manufacturing DARE’s highly specialized, custom products.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Soldering, coating, encapsulating print circuit boards
  • Sealing electronic enclosures
  • Painting and marking products


Desired Qualifications / Characteristics

  • Extensive background in soldering, assembling, and testing electronic circuit boards
  • Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610
  • Basic metrology and machine shop skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as member of a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-Driven / Motivated to excel
