Job Description
Coordinate medical, therapeutic, and developmental appointments for children affected by Dravet Syndrome.
Communicate with healthcare providers, therapists, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.
Provide Ukrainian-language assistance to families, including translation of resources, appointment information, and communication support.
Manage the organization’s online presence, including Instagram, website updates, and community outreach.
Assist in organizing support groups, awareness campaigns, and fundraising events.
Maintain confidential case files, intake forms, and follow-up records.
Draft newsletters, reports, and informational content in both English and Ukrainian.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and help with general nonprofit operations.
Assist in researching and applying for grants or funding opportunities relevant to rare disease programs.
