JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations
* Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes
* Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level
* Record activity into a database
* Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
* High school diploma or GED required
* 2+ years soldering experience preferred
* 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
* IPC-610 certification preferred
* Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification
* Basic mechanical skills
* Basic computer skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to read blueprints
* Ability to interface effectively with internal customers and work closely with all levels of the organization.
