Job Overview

An assembler is responsible for building and assembling connector components with precision and efficiency, following detailed specifications and quality standards. This role involves using hand tools, inspecting parts for accuracy, and ensuring products meet customers and company requirements.

A Day In The Life


Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions
Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy
Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards
Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately
Strong attention to detail to ensure components are assembled to exact specifications
Comfort using hand tools and basic power tools for assembly tasks
Skill in performing quality checks and completing required documentation

A proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
