Warehouse Manager – Job Description
A growing automotive glass and calibration service provider in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support continued organizational expansion. The warehouse maintains a large inventory of auto‑glass parts and supplies mobile technicians as well as multiple retail service locations.
Warehouse associates are responsible for inventory management, receiving shipments, picking parts for orders, making deliveries throughout Northeast Ohio, and assisting mobile technicians when needed. The Warehouse Manager will lead these activities and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operations.
Overall Roles
• Serve as a liaison between departments and management
• Act as dispatcher, coordinator, and supervisor
• Oversee inventory control processes
Responsibilities and Duties
• Supervise, manage, and dispatch warehouse associates, technician assistants, and delivery drivers
• Coordinate and manage inbound product and inventory flow
• Oversee inventory‑taking procedures and ensure accurate inventory counts
Requirements
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in warehouse operations (forklift certification a plus but not required)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
