Job Title: Resilience & Recovery Analyst

General Function
The contractor will play an active role in supporting annual initiatives within the Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO). The ERO is comprised of the following programs: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery (DR), Response & Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
This position involves partnering with Information Technology (IT) Line of Business owners and representatives as they navigate the Disaster Recovery Program lifecycle and requirements, ensuring the development, maintenance, and validation of effective technology resilience strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day interaction with plan coordinators by supporting their completion of DR initiatives.
- Follow up on open tasks and DR initiatives across the organization.
- Support the Disaster Recovery Program by educating employees on program initiatives, processes, and the use of the Disaster Recovery planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Support the Enterprise Resilience Office by assisting with data integrity reviews and ensuring quality data is captured and used within the planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Perform governance activities for the Disaster Recovery Program, including expert review of submitted strategies and plans.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for plan coordinators when creating and maintaining application disaster recovery plans and other DR initiatives.
- Provide support for users of the ERO planning system (Fusion Framework System).
- Support ERO team members during business disruptions, as needed.
- Work collaboratively and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or Event Planning.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience or academic background in operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
- Experience working within a financial institution or other heavily regulated industry.
- Ability to build upon Enterprise Resilience knowledge and share expertise to broaden team capabilities and enhance overall organizational resilience.
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to a virtual team environment; views learning as an ongoing driver of performance.
- Proficiency with Windows-based technologies and software programs
