Basic Purpose

The Pricing Coordinator is a central role for Nexeo Plastics supporting Product Line Management by managing the entry and accuracy of supplier cost & price support contracts and customer specific pricing (CSP) records. The Pricing Coordinator works closely with Product Line Management, Purchasing, Customer Support and Sales to assist in improving accuracy of cost and sell-side records to maximize company profitability.

Position Responsibilities

Manage the entry, revision and communication of customer specific pricing records for Nexeo Solutions as directed by Product Line Managers.

Manage the entry and revision of supplier contract & price support records for Nexeo Solutions as directed by Product Line Managers.

Submit monthly debit memos to suppliers on amount owed for price supported sales

Audit supplier cost & price support contracts and customer specific pricing (CSP) records; resolve any discrepancies after confirmation

Review and resolve any purchase order discrepancies (PODs) with purchasing and confirm contract costs are up to date and accurate

Corporate Account Price Letter dissemination

Communication with CAMs/SAMs on pricing discrepancies

Ensure standard protocols are followed for record creation and expiration dates

Audit SAP entry against original request within neXprice on Salesforce.com

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)

High School Diploma

Experience in Purchasing/Accounting/Customer Service in a distribution environment is desirable

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Outlook and Excel

Experience with Business Warehouse, AO and SAP is desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must demonstrate the ability to manage time, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines

Must have proven success in problem solving with cross-functional teams and various departments
