We are hiring Case Erectors for both 1st and 2nd shift to support our operations in our Box Room. We offer a great benefits package available starting on day one, along with hands-on training and opportunities to grow and strengthen your skills.

Work Schedule

4-day / 10-hour work schedule

Saturdays may be scheduled as a 12-hour shift based on production needs

Shift Details
1st Shift- $17.98/hour

5:45am-4:30pm (Mondays have an early start time of 5:00am)

2nd Shift- $18.43/hour

4:15pm- Until production is finished

General Description:

Operate Box making machine in a safe and responsible manner following the Box Erector SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Position is considered "safety sensitive" which requires the passing of an independently administered drug screen.

Required Skills

Skills/ Experience:


Experience working with equipment in a production process
Should be able to read and work in a fast-paced production environment
Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to work overtime including weekends as required
Ability to work in cold temperatures (32-35 degrees)
Willing to follow PPE protocol (hairnet, hardhat, gloves, smock/ safety vest)

jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches) are not permitted on production floors

Required Experience

Major Responsibilities:

* Operate the box making machine and supply it with flat stock

* Transport pallets of box stock with pallet jack

* Maintain the area clean

* Make boxes manually

* Replenish glue dispenser

* Data entry for changeover

* Must have the ability to be present at work on time, follow directions and interact well with co-workers

* Employees must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP's related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)

* Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities

* Support special projects and other duties as assigned
