Job Title: Crew Member Positions Available: 15 Temporary, Full-Time
Positions from 04/01/2026 to 11/22/2026. Job Description: Landscape or
maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any
combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting,
watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of
mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Work to be performed for

This job order is being placed in connection with a future filing for H-2B labor
certification. • Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50%
of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for
reasonable transportation and subsistence costs (including meals and, if
necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of
employment. Upon completing the contract or if dismissed early, the
employer will pay for return transportation and subsistence to the worker’s
home or the place the worker originally departed to work, unless the worker
voluntarily abandons employment or obtains subsequent employment with
another employer. Reimbursement will be equivalent to the most economical
and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. • Meals During

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the
employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from
the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work
contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide
or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence
back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except
where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a
worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide
workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform
the job.
Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its
