LANDSCAPE LABORER (6) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-12/15/26, Landscape ormaintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a varietyof tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting,watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmentalconcrete masonry wall units, DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN FAIRFIELD ANDHOCKING COUNTIES IN OHIO ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDSREQUIRED. 8 HOUR WORKDAY Workers are responsible for transportation to the designated pick uplocation in SUGAR GROVE, OH, Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from SUGARGROVE OH No exp/edu. req'd. 40hr/wk. Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, $19.22 hr OT $28.83 /hr, Singleworkweek computation, Pd biweekly by check. All payroll deductions taken, required by law. Merit basedraises available at employer discretion. If the worker completes 50 percent ofthe work contract period, the employer will reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (includingmeals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Uponcompletion of work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originallydeparted to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or if employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of thework days in each 12 week period of total employment period.Daily meals will be provided at a rate of atleast $16.28 per /day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts.
