Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a part-time Intelligence Communications Systems Engineer to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing senior technical and project management, as well as system security assistance, for intelligence communications systems. The Systems Engineer will facilitate collaboration with NASIC, IC, and bilateral partner stakeholders to advance system architectures, capabilites, networks, systems and tools. They may also assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities tied to advancing intelligence systems.
Responsibilities
Provide senior SME support to MASINT and IT leadership
Develop and hep facilitate IT working groups for named systems
Assist with budgeting effectively for licensing, support, and systainment costs
Facilitate agreements with stakeholders for system research, development, operations, and maintenance
Aid in coordination between stakeholders and bilateral partners
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
Intelligence professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting intelligence systems
Experience managing IT resources within the intelligence community
Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Open to occasional travel
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)

$75.00 - $86.00 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
