Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Boiler Systems Sales Representative to join our client's team. This role involves the sales of boiler systems, parts, and services while providing excellent customer service and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industrial boiler systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Boiler Systems, Parts, and Services
    • Drive sales growth for boiler systems, associated parts, and services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Boiler Systems Knowledge
    • Demonstrate expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial boiler systems.
    • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding system specifications, parts, and troubleshooting.
  • Organizational & Communication Skills
    • Maintain a high level of organization to handle multiple customer accounts and sales opportunities.
    • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Independence
    • Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality in all tasks.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to grow the team.
  • Customer Service & Technical Explanations
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
    • Explain complex technical issues related to boiler systems and equipment to non-technical customers in an easily understandable manner.
  • Project Management & Sales Execution
    • Manage and oversee projects related to boiler systems, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Demonstrate proven success in sales, managing multiple projects and customer requirements simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage sales records, create reports, and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
  • Written & Oral Communication Skills
    • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions and internal correspondence.
  • Experience in Boiler & Burner Equipment Sales
    • Prior experience in selling parts and services related to boiler and burner equipment, with a solid understanding of customer needs and service requirements.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems and their components.
  • At least 2 years of proven track record in sales and project management within the industrial boiler or related industries.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to pass a preemployment screening
