Job Description

STV Inc seeks a Data Analyst/Data Engineer to support a Mission Critical project in managing and analyzing project data to enhance decision-making for the Meta Prometheus AI infrastructure projects. This role will be integral in developing data-driven insights, optimizing reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity across project management systems. The Data Analyst will receive structured onboarding and mentorship to progressively build expertise in data analytics, visualization, and process automation within the project.

Responsibilities

Design analytics frameworks for contingent workforce performance tracking, demand forecasting, and supply allocation
Analyze and redesign vendor onboarding workflows; develop automated validation systems using Python/R
Leverage Generative AI and LLMs to automate data quality checks, generate insights summaries, and enhance reporting efficiency
Define and implement Right First Time (RTFT) measurement frameworks for project performance analysis
Build ETL pipelines integrating data from vendor platforms, and common data environments
Develop PowerBI and Tableau dashboards for workforce utilization, quality metrics, and project KPIs
Conduct root cause analysis on performance variations and create predictive models for quality issues
Assess and optimize existing tooling landscape; design automated workflows to eliminate manual processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
1+ years in data analysis/engineering, preferably supporting infrastructure or construction projects
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, PythonR, and PowerBI

Exceptional skill in transforming complex data into compelling narratives, with proven ability to present insights at conferences and stakeholder meetings
Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling large datasets from multiple sources
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and respond effectively to impromptu requests for data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources into unified reporting solutions
Experience with data pre-processing of both structured and unstructured information

Preferred Qualifications

Master's/Ph.D. in in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects and programs
Knowledge cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/DataBricks), modern data tools (Airflow, dbt)
Background in workforce planning, forecasting models, or supply chain analytics

PowerBI and Tableau Report Builder proficiency and data governance and reporting compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
Familiarity with geospatial analytics and mapping visualization techniques
Proficiency with PowerBI Report Builder for creating custom reporting solutions
Document analytical methodologies for knowledge

Compensation Range:
$71,981.92 - $95,975.90
