Job Description: The Operator is responsible for driving/ operating vacuum trucks, running water blast pumps, as well as the routine maintenance of all vacuum system components and water blast pumps. Operators also train and fill in as Technicians when required.

Requirements:  At a minimum, possess and maintain a valid class "B" CDL with a tanker endorsement and without an airbrake or automatic restriction; be insurable by PSI’s carrier in order to drive service vehicles; have 1 year of driving experience using a 10-speed transmission. 2. Proficient at driving 3-axle top-heavy equipment and pulling small heavy trailers. 3. Physically capable of: routinely lifting 65 pounds, working in confined spaces using a full face respirator (occasionally with bottled/supplied air), working at heights of up to 150 feet, wearing required protective clothing, and repetitively bending, squatting, and kneeling. 4. Be mechanically inclined and possess good troubleshooting abilities. 5. Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in all situations. 6. Familiarity with all laws, policies, and practices relating to safe working conditions including DOT (as well as other government) regulations. 7. Available to work Sunday through Saturday as needed.
