Job Description
The Cultural Program Coordinator at Kids Creative Center LLC will be responsible for designing, organizing, and overseeing Ukrainian heritage-based enrichment programs for children in an after-school environment. This leadership role focuses on promoting cultural pride and engagement through educational, artistic, and community-based activities. Key responsibilities include: Developing and scheduling a variety of Ukrainian-themed activities, such as folk dance, music, storytelling, and crafts. Coordinating holiday celebrations and special events such as Vyshyvanka Day, Malanka, and Ukrainian Independence Day. Collaborating with instructors to ensure alignment of curriculum and cultural themes. Communicating with parents and Ukrainian community leaders to support program goals. Supervising staff, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Promoting cultural awareness and inclusion while preserving the Ukrainian language and traditions among students.
