Job Description:  The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading one or more crews (of typically 3-5 people) at a jobsite. These crews consist of Technicians, Operators, and/or Crew Leaders. The Field Supervisor may act as a "working Supervisor", and on single-crew jobs, is the primary representative of the Company with that customer.

Requirements:  Must have a minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience, pass a proficiency test, and complete the Supervisor Workshop. 2. Physically capable of: routinely lifting 65 pounds, working in confined spaces using a full-face respirator (occasionally with bottled/ supplied air), working at heights of up to 150 feet, wearing required protective clothing, and repetitively bending, squatting, and kneeling. 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to oversee multiple jobs at one jobsite. 4. Familiarity with all laws, policies, and practices relating to safe working conditions, especially relating to job-specific safety equipment and PPE requirements. 5. Available to work Sunday through Saturday as needed.
