Job Description: The Pepper Pike Club, DBA The Pepper Pike Club Company, located at 2800 Som Center Road, Pepper Pike, OH 44124, is seeking to hire 5 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY Landscapers to work from April 1, 2026 to October 15, 2026. Work location is employer’s golf club located at 2800 Som Center Road, Pepper Pike, OH 44124. Job Duties: Perform routine golf course and grounds maintenance to prepare the course for daily play and uphold agronomic standards. Work includes planting, maintaining grounds and flower beds, landscaping the area, laying sod, mowing, trimming, watering, digging, raking, mulching, edging, cleaning up. Operate equipment and hand tools, such as string trimmers, blowers, edgers, mowers, rakes, shovels, etc. This is a full-time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm, 40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Pay is $18.95/hr with OT pay at $28.43/hr. Pay period is bi-weekly. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Job Requirements: No experience required. Able to lift/carry/push 50 LBS. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand/arm motions.

Will daily transportation be provided?: No.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required, the employer will train.


      
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
