Using interaction design techniques, you can create solutions for the applications and demonstrations that play an important role in how clients meet their missions. In this role, you'll use your creativity, instructional systems, and interaction design techniques to create an immersive experience for the warfighter. Together with a team of subject matter experts and engineers, you'll create a memorable experience to support training and readiness.

You Have:
5+ years of experience as a multimedia artist or graphic designer
Experience with graphic design software, including visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Experience transforming large, complicated training events into concise, engaging, and informative summaries
Experience with programming
Knowledge of various computer software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Graphic Design or Electronic Media Production field
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD operational personnel
Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into functional UI/UX solutions
Experience ensuring consistency in design patterns and maintain design systems
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
