Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Perform engineering work, as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
2. Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts.
3. Performs one or more of the following activities: Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation.
4. Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management.
5. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
* Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network

JOB CONDITIONS:

* Some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technology domains: 1) Windows Workstation Management (Intune). 2) Application and Device Virtualization (Citrix,RDS, W365) 3) Application Privilege Elevation (CyberArk EPM) 4) Handheld Management (Omnissa/Workspace One, Honeywell, Getac) 5) Thin Client Management (HP Device Manager. Experience with automation tools and scripting languages and excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross functional collaboration.

Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range/rate of pay reasonably expected for this position. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, pay information represents the min/max range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience. Pay: Pay Range: $80,050.00 - $141847.00 per year

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN/Harrison, AR/Colorado Springs, CO/Dallas, TX/Pittsburg, PA/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GA/Lakeland, FL/Brilliant, OH. You will be required to work at a FXF location several time per week.
