Are you an experienced customer service professional with a knack for sales and order management? Join a precision manufacturing team in Eastlake and play a key role in supporting our customers while helping our operations run smoothly. This is an on-site, full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support & Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, managing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to keep our operations aligned with customer expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Process and manage customer orders accurately in our ERP system
Coordinate shipments, packing lists, and shipping documentation
Communicate proactively with customers to address questions and updates
Support Purchasing and Sales teams to meet delivery and service goals
Assist with quotes, reporting, and customer portal management
Collaborate across departments to maintain high standards of service

Customers are satisfied and well-informed
Sales and delivery commitments are consistently met
Strong attention to detail and responsiveness in daily tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in ERP systems (E2 experience preferred)
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
